Olafur Eliasson is one of the most original and visionary contemporary artists of our time. Danish-Icelandic by birth, over the years Eliasson has founded his own studio in Berlin, putting together a large team of specialists. The majority of his installations are site-specific, and for the most part revolve around a fundamental element: light.
What are the visitors of the exhibition at Palazzo Strozzi going to see? Rays of light, optical effects, projections… It's not an easy task to describe Eliasson’s work with words, but rest assured: it will be a captivating experience.
And don’t miss the underground-floor section of the exhibition, where visitors can wear 3D visors for a complete immersion in the installations.
