Corri la Vita is the most popular and participated run in Florence.
It aims to support the research on breast cancer, it takes place on the last Sunday of September and its peculiarity is where: in the very centre of Florence, with two different itineraries, one longer and one shorter.
Remember: you have to register on the site starting from the 1st of September 2025 to participate in the event.

Participants can choose between two routes of varying difficulty – one approximately 11 km for those who want to run and another 6 km for those who prefer to enjoy cultural landmarks along the way.
CORRI LA VITA will offer everyone the chance to spend a unique weekend in Florence: participants will have the opportunity to visit some of the city’s most beautiful sites for free.
This year’s highlights include Palazzo Strozzi with the newly opened exhibition, the Church of San Salvatore al Vescovo in Piazza dell’Olio, the courtyard of Palazzo Gondi in Piazza San Firenze, the brand-new Piazza Maria Callas built on the site of the former Teatro Comunale, and for the little ones, the H ZERO Museum.
Remember: you have to register on the site from the 1st of September 2025 to participate in the event.
Additionally, the “Health Village” will be set up in Piazza della Repubblica, where from Friday the 26th to Sunday the 28th, participants can undergo mammograms at the ISPRO mobile unit, follow fitness and Pilates classes, take aptitude tests, consult with nutritionists and sports doctors, and pick up their T-shirts at a special gazebo.
