European Night of Museums

The European Night of Museums is back again this year. On Saturday, May 23, 2026, many museums will offer evening hours with reduced admission (€1), often accompanied by guided tours and other events, including on the following day.

Participating venues

On Saturday, May 23, a symbolic admission fee of €1 will be charged during evening hours (approximately 7:00–9:00 PM / 8:00-10 PM) at the following museums in Florence: the Archaeological Museum, the Uffizi and Accademia Galleries, the Medici Chapels, the Bargello, Palazzo Davanzati, Orsanmichele, the Museum of San Marco, and the Medici Villa La Petraia. The Museo dell’Opera del Duomo (the museum of the Cathedral) and the Museo Ferragamo will also be open exceptionally in the evening, free entrance.
