Workshops
Alongside the exhibition and market and the talks, the Fair also offers a programme of hands-on clay workshops and pottery wheel demonstrations, designed to give visitors a direct and practical introduction to ceramics. It is an opportunity to observe the artisans’ work up close, learn about the gestures and techniques involved in transforming the material and, especially for younger visitors, try their hand at working with clay themselves.
On Saturday 3 October, from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., the Workshop Space will host a clay modelling workshop for children, accompanied by pottery wheel demonstrations.
On Sunday 4 October, the activities will continue in two time slots, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., with further opportunities for clay modelling and pottery wheel demonstrations.
