How it works and limitations of the service 

The answers provided are based on a knowledge base previously compiled by operators, but are not generated by a human operator. 

While we strive to ensure useful and up-to-date content, some information may be incomplete or not perfectly accurate. We therefore invite you to consider the answers as a first orientation and, in case of doubts or specific needs, to verify them through official channels. 

Correct use of the service 

We ask you not to include personal data in the conversation. By voluntarily continuing the interaction with this chatbot and entering any personal data, including special data within the meaning of art. 9 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you declare that you give your explicit, specific, informed, documented and revocable consent to their processing, exclusively for the purposes of operation and improvement of the service. Who developed the chatbot 

The chatbot is developed on the ALGHO platform produced and managed by Quest-it, which grants the use of the chatbot under licence of the Municipality of Florence
