Museum schedule: April 25 & May 1st

With the upcoming public holidays – Liberation Day and Labour Day – approaching, we have published the Museum schedule on 25 April and 1 May 2026.

Almost all museums will be open as usual during these holidays, but we recommend consulting the document for details about all the places of interest in Florence & surroundings. We would also like to point out: on April 25 free entry to state museums for everyone. For other days, please consult the standard museum opening hours.
