B.east Gallery is a 200 m2 exhibition space in Florence’s historic centre, founded in 2019 by Yan Blusseau, an art historian and collector. The gallery exhibits and promotes Florentine and international artists in the field of urban art and contemporary figurative art. Perhaps a case of ‘no man a prophet in his own land’? Florence teems with creative and artistic energy and great talent. The aim of B.east Gallery is to offer emerging artists active in and around Florence an exhibition space to promote their works locally and internationally and the opportunity to really be prophets in their own land, as in the greatest eras of Florentine art.
