Villa di Vico

The villa dates back to the fifteenth century and according to tradition was the home of Castruccio Castracani. The building with a sturdy rectangular plan develops around what was once the watchtower. It houses the Vico Committee for Forecasting and Strategic Analysis Onl. which promotes studies on political forecasting and the enhancement of culture and intercultural exchanges. It collaborates with the Municipality of Scandicci for the promotion of concert and cultural activities.
