From April 27th to 30th, 2026, the Fortezza da Basso in Florence will host the 10th edition of the Art and Restoration Fair, one of the most important events in Italy dedicated to the protection and enhancement of cultural heritage. The event will take place simultaneously with the International Crafts Fair (MIDA), which attracts tens of thousands of visitors each year, transforming the city into a major exhibition hub.
Inside the Arsenale Pavilion, the Fair will bring together companies, institutions, research organizations, and industry professionals, offering a rich program of meetings, workshops, and networking opportunities. It is not just a trade fair, but a true point of reference for those working in the cultural heritage sector, where tradition, innovation, and new technologies come together.
Among the most anticipated highlights is the 5th edition of Florence Heri-Tech, the international conference dedicated to technologies applied to cultural heritage. Scholars and researchers from around the world will discuss the most current topics and future challenges in the field, helping to strengthen Florence’s role as an international center for restoration.
The ticket is valid for both the International Crafts Fair and the Art and Restoration Fair, and can be purchased online or on site. Discover all the detailed events on the official webpage of the Art and Restoration Fair (in Italian).
