On Sunday January 4th 2026, State Museums will be free, as every first Sunday of the month.
In Florence, visitors will be able to freely admire masterpieces exhibited in many important museums such as Galleria degli Uffizi, the Archeological Museum, Galleria dell'Accademia, the Medici Chapels, Corridoio Vasariano (reservation required), all the museums in the Palazzo Pitti Complex and Boboli Gardens, the Medici Villas of Castello and Petraia, and San Marco (reservation required but sold out already).
