Cioko Flò – Chocolate Florence Experience 2026 is a major festival dedicated to artisanal chocolate, created to highlight the work and creativity of Italian and international master chocolatiers and pastry chefs. The event takes place in the heart of Florence, in Piazza di Santa Croce, from March 12 to March 15, 2026, with free admission and indicative opening hours from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The event also features tasting workshops, demonstrations, and the “Chocolate Factory”, designed to explore artisanal techniques in depth and actively engage the public. Activities dedicated to children and families are also included, making the festival suitable for all ages.
Completing the experience are large-scale chocolate installations, entertainment areas with traditional games, roaming shows, and animations, all contributing to a festive and engaging atmosphere.
During the four days of the event, the square is transformed into an experiential space where visitors can discover, taste, and purchase high-quality products thanks to a large exhibition area with specialized stands. Guests can sample chocolate in many different forms, from bars and pralines to original creative creations.
