A journey through hell, purgatory and paradise, all within the medieval village of Calenzano: the 2025 edition of Lunaria, which will take place on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 June 2025, will be dedicated to Dante Alighieri's Divine Comedy.
The Street Arts Festival is promoted by the Municipality of Calenzano, organised by the Calenzano Tourist Association and entrusted since 2022 to the artistic direction of the association Le Petit Voyage.
The Supreme Poet, Charon and Count Ugolino will not be missing, but there will be more than 70 artists, in addition to dozens of figurants, who will create magic and wonder in the streets of Calenzano Alto and in the castle garden for two nights, with shows and itinerant performances, including aerial exhibitions, soap bubbles, fire and winged dances.
The event will be open from 7pm to midnight, with ticket offices opening from 5.30pm to midnight on Saturday and from 5pm to 11pm on Sunday. The ticket offices will be located in the cemetery car park in Via Puccini and on the ground floor of the St.Art. Eventi in Via Garibaldi.
Tickets cost €10 full price, €8 reduced (for children from 6 to 12 years old, Coop and ATC members), free for children up to 6 years old; they can be purchased in advance on the Ticket One circuit.
There will be a shuttle service connecting the cemetery car park in Via Puccini with the village at Via dell'Aia and vice versa. The shuttle service will run from 6pm to 00:30 on Saturdays and from 5:30pm to 00:30 on Sundays.
Inside the village, there will be refreshment stands in various areas. The Historical Figurine Museum will be open and can be visited until 11 pm on both evenings. Recommended car parks are in the CiviCa library area, in Via Leonardo da Vinci and in the town centre.
