Scandicci celebrates its patron saint, San Zanobi, on 10 May, with a rich programme of initiatives that will be held from 9 to 16 May 2025.
The solemn mass, presided over by Don Giovanni Momigli, will be held on Saturday 10 May 2025, at 11am, at the Propositura di Santa Maria in Scandicci, in the presence of the city's civil and military authorities. At 9.30pm there will be a historical procession through the city streets, starting from Piazza Matteotti and arriving in Piazzale della Resistenza. The next day, Sunday 11 May 2025 from 10:30am, the Palio of medieval archery in the park of the Castello dell'Acciaiolo. The events are organised by the San Zanobi Association with the patronage of the Municipality.
