Villa La Quiete. The rediscovered garden

Villa La Quiete. The rediscovered garden

The historic garden of Villa La Quiete opens to the public for the first time from 16 to 18 May! This splendid 18th-century jewel was created between 1724 and 1727 at the behest of the Electress Palatine and is a unique example of a formal garden that still retains its original form.

The restoration project, promoted by the University of Florence, involved not only work on the botanical part, but also the restoration of some of the architectural structures and the securing of the visit route, to guarantee a pleasant and safe experience for all.

In the 2025, openings, with guided tours in Italian, will be on Saturdays and Sundays from 24 May to 26 October (suspended in August) with online booking or at Vivaticket points of sale.
