Saturday, June 14th, 2025, Yo-Yo Ma, considered one of the greatest cellists of all time, returns after 20 years to the Sala Mehta of the Teatro del Maggio. The program will feature music by Jiping, Bach, Saygun, and Crumb.
Tickets for the concert will go on sale starting May 8th at 12:00 PM through the usual channels of the Amici della Musica di Firenze and the Teatro del Maggio. Box office at Via Pier Capponi 41 (Monday and Thursday from 3 PM to 6 PM, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11 AM to 2 PM), online through the Amici della Musica di Firenze website, and also available online and at VivaTicket sales points.
