Clotilde Levi

1 stone - Levi Clotilde

In 1944, Felicita Clotilde Levi was very old and unable to work in Germany, a good reason for feeling safe from deportation. His father, Carlo Levi, belonged to a wealthy family from Reggio Emilia and her mother descended from Rabbi Isaac Lampronti. Clotilde was deported in January; her niece Gina with all her family was arrested on November 6th, during the terrible "raid" carried out by the nazi fascists.
