Villa I Collazzi, majestic building created by Santi di Tito, a pupil of Michelangelo Buonarroti, rises on the hills around Scandicci. The Villa is surrounded by a wonderful garden arranged on two levels. The original structure was further enhanced by the landscape architect Pietro Porcinai who, in 1938, was commissioned by the new owners to build a yellow and grey quartzite pool with a pietra serena edge, rectangular in shape and perfectly set in the lawn.
A perfect location for events and weddings, it is also a farm and agricultural enterprise.
