Founded in 1902 as a Catholic initiative, the Libreria Editrice Fiorentina became prominent in the 1920s with the Patristics and Bible History series and in the 1960s it published the works of Giorgio La Pira, Don Facibeni and Don Milani. Today it continues to promote the folk tradition of Florence and Tuscany.
