Orthodox culture and art take center stage in the artistic work of Vitaliy Zherdev, who will be present at the Zeffirelli Foundation from April 16th to June 30th with his exhibition Portraits: Orthodox Monks: ver 30 pencil and charcoal portraits describing the faces of the religious people he met on his journey and the personal stories of the monks who came to the faith.
In his exhibition, the star is the gaze of the subjects depicted, the real protagonist of the paintings, in which everyone will be able to read something of his or her own.
