Sant'Ambrogio in Festival (SALE) is a widespread festival created to remember Fabio Picchi and, together, to celebrate Sant'Ambrogio: its community, the culture of food and the artisanal knowledge of the neighbourhood, involving the whole of Florence with music, theatre, in-depth discussions and social events.
