On Saturday, February 28th, 2026, in the Sala della Musica at the Fondazione Franco Zeffirelli, Lorenzo Albanese, a young and acclaimed Italian accordionist, will guide audiences on a unique musical journey through Johann Sebastian Bach, Antonio Vivaldi, and the great soundtracks of Italian cinema.
Through a program ranging from the Baroque repertoire to twentieth-century music and the masterpieces of Italian film, the accordion reveals itself as a refined, expressive, and surprisingly universal instrument.
Winner of numerous national and international competitions, including the prestigious Amadeus Factory 2017, Lorenzo Albanese further refined his studies with some of the world’s most distinguished accordionists and musicians.
