On Sunday, January 18th and February 1st, the special market in the Cascine Park will take place along Viale Lincoln by the Arno River, in the stretch between the tramway bridge and the pedestrian walkway to Piazza Isolotto. Organized by UAI Florence (Italian artisans association) and Province of Florence, the market will run all day until 8:00 p.m.
Street vendors will be present, offering quality shopping: handicrafts, clothing, typical food products, household goods, and various other items. Local shops participating in the initiative will also be open for a special opening, and local volunteer associations are invited to take part as well.
