Il Gusto Toscano - The Tuscan Taste

On 8 and 9 November, the premises of Officina Creativa at the Conventino, in Florence's Oltrarno district, will once again be filled with local specialities for Il GustoToscano, with more than 30 wine producers, food artisans and master distillers.

Gusto Toscano is an unmissable event for discovering the region's finest food and wine products. It is not a trade fair, but thanks to its structure, with masterclasses and tastings, it is effectively a two-day cultural exploration of the region, traditional methods and the most innovative techniques.

There are many free events scheduled, subject to booking; special guests are expected; admission to Il Gusto Toscano is free, with the opportunity to taste and purchase directly from producers.
