Inside Pinocchio – Immersive Exhibition

Exhibitions

From Friday 24 October to Sunday 30 November 2025, the Cathedral of the Image in Florence presents a new immersive exhibition dedicated to Pinocchio, the world's most famous puppet: Pinocchio. Inside Pinocchio - Immersive Exhibition is a perfect exhibition for the whole family that transforms Carlo Collodi's classic into an unprecedented immersive experience.

Inside Pinocchio tells the story of the wooden puppet born from the skill of the carpenter Geppetto (and from the pen of Carlo Collodi), who, after various vicissitudes and thanks to the help of the Blue Fairy and the Jiminy Cricket, manages to grow up and finally become a real boy. The animations projected on the walls of the former church of Santo Stefano al Ponte retrace the adventures of Pinocchio and all the characters that have made the general public fall in love with him: from the Blue Fairy to the Jiminy Cricket, from the Cat and the Fox to the terrible Shark.

Visitors will be allowed to enter every 30 minutes to ensure a complete view of the experience.

Visitors will be greeted by lights, colours and music accompanying the adventures of the wooden puppet and his friends. In the crypt, on the other hand, interactive experiences will take centre stage.

Access is permitted until one hour before closing time.
