From May 20th to 23rd, Florence will be back again with the third edition of La Cooperazione in Festa 2026, the festival promoted by Legacoop Toscana with the support of the Comune di Firenze. For four days, piazza Santissima Annunziata will host more than 70 free events, including talks, tastings, performances, concerts and workshops for adults, teenagers and children.

The 2026 edition will focus on current affairs, rights, participation, culture and sport, offering a rich programme of events on the main stage alongside many activities across the festival area. The aim is to showcase the richness and diversity of Tuscany’s cooperative world through experiences, discussions and shared moments.

Among the guests will be well-known figures from Italy’s cultural, political and sports scene, including Mauro Berruto, former coach of the Italian men’s national volleyball team, former Democratic Party leader Pier Luigi Bersani and writer Francesco Piccolo. They will be joined by historian Michela Ponzani and TV host and author Serena Dandini.

Live music will also play a major role, with the final two evenings featuring concerts by Nobraino, Loren and Lo-Fi Le Fusa.

Alongside talks and performances, the festival will offer a journey through Tuscany’s cooperative excellence, including a local farmers’ market, guided tastings of wine, olive oil, beer, gelato and cheese, activities by social cooperatives, workshops for all ages and a book area dedicated to culture and publishing.

Visitors will also be able to enjoy the Caffè Coop.fi area, serving lunches, snacks and aperitifs made with products from Tuscan supply chains.
