L'Homme Armé - FloReMus International Festival 2025

From Saturday, September 6 to Thursday, September 25, 2025, the ninth edition of the international festival "FloReMus. Musical Renaissance in Florence," the first event entirely dedicated to the music of the 15th and 16th centuries.

FloReMus 2025 includes 10 concerts, 3 musical tours and 6 conversations. Reservations are recommended, and for some events mandatory, on the website.

The program also includes Concerts à boire, which are shorter than the evening concerts and scheduled at aperitif time, featuring young or emerging ensembles; Sonic Monuments, which highlight historic churches and organs in the area; musical visits to places of exceptional artistic and cultural value, such as libraries and ancient manuscripts, combined with a short final concert; and Conversations, informal lectures on Renaissance-related topics that span music, art, history and culture, with a focus on the Florentine and Tuscan environment.
