National Transport Strike - 28 November

From 9 p.m. on Thursday 27th to 9 p.m. on Friday 28th November 2025, trains may be subject to cancellations or changes due to a national strike by FS Group, Trenitalia, Trenitalia Tper and Trenord staff.

For regional transport by Trenitalia, Trenitalia Tper and Trenord, essential services are guaranteed in the event of a strike on weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

In view of the strike scheduled from 9 p.m. on 27/11/25 until 9 p.m. on 28/11/25, in order to minimise disruption to Italo passengers, we are publishing a list of guaranteed trains.

Friday, 28 November 2025 has been declared a 24-hour national general strike in all public and private sectors, called by CUB (Confederazione Unitaria di Base) and USB (Unione Sindacale di Base Lavoro Privato), with the participation of CUB Trasporti, COBAS del Lavoro Privato and USB Lavoro Privato.

Service will be guaranteed from 4.15 a.m. to 8.14 a.m. and from 12.30 p.m. to 2.29 p.m.

GEST informs that on 28 November 2025, trams may be subject to delays or cancellations due to a 24-hour national general strike called by the Confederazione Unitaria di Base (CUB) trade union, which has been joined by CUB Trasporti and COBAS Lavoro Privato.

Service will be guaranteed from 6.30 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The strike will involve both travelling staff and office workers.
