Since its foundation in 2013, Eduardo Secci has hosted a series of innovative, avant-garde exhibitions, each characterised by a different genre and expressive means. Working to promote and explore contemporary art, the gallery supports and represents a wide range of national and international artists, whether established ones or emerging talents. The opening of a new exhibition space in 2016 allows the gallery to host larger exhibitions: it has been able to shift its attention to more ambitious site-specific projects which aim to support international partnerships through continuous collaboration with critics, curators,foundations, collectors and scholars. More recently, Eduardo Secci has inaugurated various research programmes aiming to explore international art and the global impact of mass media. This initiative has given rise to ‘NOVO’, an independent space – both physically and conceptually – dedicated to artistic experimentation and contemporary media. Each year, the gallery has a rich programme of exhibitions; it also participates in international art fairs throughout the world. Thanks to its efforts, it has given represented artists the opportunity to display their works, which at times become part of the prestigious collections of individuals and museums, such as the Dallas Museum of Art, MoMa in New York, the KG Collection of Chicago and MAXXI in Rome.
