Teatro cinema La Compagnia

The Teatro della Compagnia is one of the most recent theatres in town, designed by Adolfo Natalini, who transformed the cinema hall into a theatre. Inaugurated in 1987, it  became the permanent seat of the Teatro Regionale Toscano.
In 2016, a project by the Regione Toscana, reopened the theatre as 'Cinema La Compagnia'. Managed by Fondazione Sistema Toscana, it hosts a great choice of events: cinema previews, reviews and retrospectives,meetings, international festivals, conferences, book launches, school projects, events for those who want to know the history of cinema, and other cultural happenings.
