For over two decades the gallery has been involved in the scientific and historical promotion of applied arts, and in particular in objects of Italian origin: furniture, marble mosaics, artworks in bronze and marble, and cabinetry. In its selection process, the gallery favours unknown works. It shows particular interest in figurative arts from the 18th and 19th centuries, while also welcoming items from other eras.
