The tours with a City of Florence Environmental Guide

The City of Florence has launched an awareness campaign called #EnjoyRespectFirenze.
The campaign involves various professionals, including Environmental Guides, who have committed to sharing objectives in line with those of the city council, with a view to fostering closer collaboration between the public authority and private operators. 

In addition to the Environmental Guides (GA), the project also includes Tourist Guides (GT) and Tour Operators (TO).

Objectives

Guides and tour operators involved in the project share the same objectives and values: enhancing the attractiveness of the whole territory offering multiple tours and unusual destinations, implementing measures to safeguard employment, teaching tourists and day trippers good practices to experience the city and its environment correctly.

Choose a guide

On this basis, a list has been drawn up – which is constantly updated – of the environmental guides who have signed up.
To find your environmental guide, click on this link: select the type of guide (environmental) and choose from the  list of Environmental Guides of those who have responded to the call for applications, as they meet the requirements set by the local council.
