The independent trade unions have called for a general strike for the entire day on Monday, September 22th, due to the worsening humanitarian situation in Gaza.
In Florence, buses and trams will operate regularly, while in some cities of Tuscany, such as Arezzo, Siena, Lucca, Grosseto, and Massa Carrara, workers are called to strike.
Trains will be suspended from midnight to 11:00 PM across Italy. For regional transport by Trenitalia and Trenitalia Tper, essential services are guaranteed during the strike on weekdays from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
