On Sunday August 2nd, 2026, State Museums will be free, as every first Sunday of the month.
In Florence, visitors will be able to freely admire masterpieces exhibited in many important museums such as Galleria degli Uffizi, the Archeological Museum, Galleria dell'Accademia, the Medici Chapels, Corridoio Vasariano (reservation required), Palazzo Pitti painting galleries and Boboli Gardens, the Medici Villas of Castello and Petraia, and San Marco.
