Chianti Classico Expo in Greve in Chianti

Established in 1970 as Festa del Vino, the Chianti Classico Expo takes place in Greve in Chianti from 10 to 13 September 2026.

The Chianti Classico Expo is a unique opportunity to learn about Chianti Classico wine in its unique production area. The event, organised by the Municipality of Greve in Chianti, is the only one that brings together producers from all the municipalities of Chianti Classico. This highlights the importance of the unity of a large territory. Since the 1970s, the event has changed its name and format, first becoming a Market Exhibition, then a Review and Expo, but it remains undoubtedly the most important event for learning about the world of Chianti wine.

During the event, Greve in Chianti offers visitors a packed programme of artistic and cultural events, events linked to the rural world, and close encounters with winegrowers, their vineyards and cellars.
