Casa del Combattente

Along the regional road which crosses Figline, you can see the Casa del Combattente (Home of the Fighter),a building of the 1930s, made under the direction of the Sienese architect Ezio Cerpi, according to the aesthetic criteria of the time. It is an interesting example of artistic stratification: in fact you can glimpse the red-brick wall structure under the imitation ashlar of the facade.

The building is privately owned, so it can be admired only from the outside.
