September festival in Londa

Back from September 6 to 8 is the festival of the Regina Peach of Londa, a particular type of cultivar obtained in the 1950s from unknown genealogy right in the Londa area. This particular fruit reaches its pinnacle of shape and taste in the second week of September.

The "Pesca d'argento" contest is also dedicated to this excellence of taste of the Londa area. On September Saturday 7 and Sunday 8, on Piazza della Repubblica, in Londa, a market fair dedicated to the regina peach, and more.
