At the heart of the program taking place at the Teatro Verdi on November 5 is Chopin's Concerto No. 1, Op. 11, written when he was only twenty years old: a piece of extraordinary cantabile, imbued with melancholy and youthful vitality.

It is performed by Michelle Candotti, an award-winning Italian talent, appreciated for her natural phrasing and precision of touch.
On the podium is Glass Marcano, a young Venezuelan conductor trained in the Abreu System and winner of the La Maestra competition in Paris.
