Giuseppe Lo Schiavo, also known as GLOS, is a visual artist and researcher active between Milan and London, whose work moves across technology, science, and art history.
Originating from a powerful performative action carried out in the open sea, Rotta transforms one of the city’s symbolic spaces into a place of listening and shared responsibility. The project reflects on the Mediterranean—a sea of civilizations and exchanges, but also a liquid border and a stage of absences, where history intertwines with current events and where collective memory confronts loss every day.
