There are, in fact, numerous portals and commercial websites that offer the possibility to book entry to places of interest (sometimes combined with tourist packages), at much higher prices. There are also many cases of online scams. Never purchase tickets from scalpers.

Through the officialOpera Laboratoriwebsite or via the call center at +39 055 294883, it is possible to book: Accademia Gallery, Bargello Museum, Medici Chapels, Palazzo Davanzati, Orsanmichele Complex.
The reservation fee for the Uffizi Gallery/Vasari Corridor is €4, and for Pitti Palace/Boboli Gardens it is €3, and it applies only to full-price tickets. For the Accademia Gallery, the fee is €4.00; while for Bargello, Medici Chapels, Palazzo Davanzati, and the Orsanmichele Complex it is €3.00 per person per museum (the reservation fee applies to all ticket types).
Reservations for municipal museums Tickets for the Civic Museums, including Palazzo Vecchio, can be booked and purchased online on the Musei Civici Fiorentini website. In addition to the ticket price, you will pay a €1 booking fee.
Duomo (Santa Maria del Fiore) Please note that reservations are mandatory for the monuments of the Santa Maria del Fiore Complex (including the Dome), and must be made at the same time as purchasing tickets on the website. The Cathedral is free of charge and does not require a reservation.
